The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The Thais massage was the highlight of my trip. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities.
Can't fault the hotel in any way. Everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. The quality of service and the attention to detail was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome drink and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room service and housekeeping were excellent, making our stay truly effortless. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site shops and commercial services, as well as the laundry facilities. The free shuttle service was a bonus and made it convenient for us to explore nearby attractions. we were impressed by the level of comfort and the quality of services offered at this hotel.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

It's a shame the rest of the hotel didn't match up. the location was decent, but nothing extraordinary. the rooms were outdated and the furniture was unappealing. the breakfast was nothing special, and the staff was hit or miss.
Some staff members were unprofessional, and consistently unhelpful.

the hotel offered a Thai massage that was perfect. It was nice to relax and enjoy a professional massage during my stay. the hotel had a great restaurant with good staff who provided an exceptional dinner experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to many attractions in the area.
On the other hand, there were some negative aspects that detracted from my experience. the hotel seemed quite old, and some rooms needed renovation as they still had furniture from the 70s and 80s.

Spending New Year's at this hotel was a memorable experience. The Thais massage was amazing and perfect for relaxing. the staff at the restaurant was great and made dinner an enjoyable experience. Plus, the location was spot on - close to some key attractions and easily accessible.
The hotel itself is quite old. Although the renovation was partially done, some of the furniture was a bit outdated.
